VU Aggregate Optimize

Raw materials with moisture content of ≤2% and particle size of ≤15mm (which can be cheap and easily got from stone chips and rice stones) are reasonably and efficiently processed by the VU aggregate optimization system, reasonable output gradation, round particle shape,finished sand with controllable powder content, as well as dry and clean, high-value-added stone powder that can be recycled and reused (the applicable range is determined according to the raw material).

Raw Materials:

Cheap tailings, such as construction waste, stone chips and pea stone.

Application:

Artificial sand making for concrete mixing stations, dry mortar, cement factory, mines, large -scale construction projects, etc.

Introduction

The VU aggregate optimization system independently developed and produced by Vipeak Mining Machinery, which is a high-end dry sand making system in the world. It adopts a highly intensive tower-style fully enclosed layout and can be used for limestone, river stone, granite, and stone chips produced in stone crushing. Large output but small amount of rice stone and other raw materials for sand making, integrating high-efficiency sand making, particle shape optimization, stone powder control, gradation adjustment, moisture content control, environmental protection treatment,, not only significantly improving production efficiency, but also realizing the overall improvement mechanism in various indicators such as sand particle type, gradation, and powder content, making the performance of machine-made sand comparable to natural sand, creating new opportunities and values for the development of the sand, cement, and concrete industry chain.

    Crushing and Grinding Technology

    • “Stone-hit-stone” centrifugal crushing is adopted and raw materials are crushed, shaped and ground by rotor force to improve final grain shape and enlarge proportion of fine grains.

    High-Quality Sand

    • VU sand grain is round, smooth and clean, with methylene blue value(MBV) below 0.5. Fineness modulus adjustable between 2.3 and 2.9 and powder content between 5% and13%.

    • Air separation and screening combined to achieve vibrating distribution, linear screening and powder collecting in one chamber.
