This project is mainly aimed at processing limestone desulfurizer for the power plant of Aluminium Corporation of China(CHALCO)(Henan Branch). After comprehensive inspection and comparison of many grinder suppliers, the client procured YCVXO130-YHR grinder from Vipeak. The grinder met the client requirements: over 7t/h of 325 mesh limestone powder with 90% passing screen rate.
This site uses patented YCVXO130-YHR Grinder, which can has an output 30% higher and energy consumption per ton 20% lower than similar grinders in the industry under same operating conditions. It saves operating costs and increases profits. High-density cage type classifier is equipped to improve classification efficiency and particle size uniformity. The whole grinding system adopts assembly line operation and pulse bag dust collector. Limestone raw material meeting feeding size is uniformly and quantitatively sent to the grinder by frequency converting belt feeder, power generated is blown up by blower fan to the classifier to grade, qualified powder is collected by cyclone powder collector and lifted to the finished product silo by bucket elevator. Coarse powder not meeting requirements falls to the grinding chamber to regrind and the whole system is of close circuit. Excess gas and fine dust in the return air are filtered by the pulse bag dust collector to create a dust-free working environment.
