Spring cone crusher is applied to process above medium hardness ore stone and rock. Its spring insurance system is overload protection to protect machine from damage of metal, grease and water seal are adopted, segregating stone powder and grease to guarantee stable working performance. This type of crushing chamber depends upon the purpose of mineral . The standard type (PYB) is applied to medium crushing, the medium type is applied to medium or fine crushing and the short head type is applied to hyper fine crushing. Spring cone crusher is widely applied in metallurgy, construction, white fuel, transportation, chemical engineering and construction material to process above medium hardness ore stone and rock, it has many advantages like reliable structure, high capacity, easy to adjust, low cost, and so on.
  • 1.Spacer

    Increasing or reducing the number of spacer to adjust chew clearance and suspension point height. Adding spacer could change the position of cone lining and principal axis to adjust the gap.

    2.Unique Shape of Cavity

    Material is in the gap of cones to get squeezed, curved and sheared to make process easier and low energy consumption.

    Overload protection could lengthen service life of machine.
