Hyper Pressure V Type Grinder is new type high efficiency grinding mill (Patented Upgrades Raymond Mill) designed by Vipeak engineer combining clients' requirement and practical situation. Compared with traditional high pressure trapezium mill and high pressure overhang roll mill in the market, it has many advantages. Hyper Pressure V Type Grinder is widely applied in glass, rubber, farm chemical, enamel, oil paint, phosphatic fertilizer and papermaking industry and it could process material whose Moh's hardness is less than 9.3, moisture is less than 6%, such as talc, barite, calcite, limestone, manganese ore, iron ore, quartz stone and bentonite.
  • 1.Star Rack and The V-shaped Roller Device

    Convert the centrifugal force into the grinding force, that is the centrifugal force = grinding force. Roller around the longitudinal can realize parallel transmission to compress the grinding ring in order to ensure the max surface contact of grinding roller and grinding ring. Output increases by about 30%.

    2.New-model Classifier

    New type cage analysis machine (optional) can help produce up to 800-mesh powder.

  • 3.Balanced Energy Storage Device

    The balanced energy storage device can improve rigidity of equipment.While ensuring that the equipment runs in high efficiency,it can effectively reduce equipment's amplitude,stable and reliable in performance;in fine powder or superfine powder production,it shows more advantages.

    4.Sphere Upper Structural Support

    The unique "sphere upper support structure" changes the roller assembly from cross arm shaft dangling structure to vertical shaft horizontal pendulum structure to realize long-term safe operation.
