Grate ball mill is designed to grind all kinds of ore stone and other material, therefore it is called mineral powder ball mill or dry powder ball mill, it’s mainly used to process medium and low hard non-flammable non-explosive fragile minerals material that Moh's hardness is below 6, humidity is less than 8%, like calcite, chalk, limestone, kaolin, bentonite, talc, mica, magnesite, illite, pyrophyllite, vermiculite, sepiolite, attapulgite, rectorite, kieselguhr, barite, gypsum, alunite, graphite, fluorite, phosphate ore, potassium ore, pumice, etc.Grid lining plate has two structure types: 1.two pieces as a combination impacted by wedge bolt across fillet makes the wedge fixed on end cap. Central part is propped by central lining plate seam allowance to avoid inclining and falling out. 2. Two pieces as a combination and fixed by bolt. There is discharge grids on discharge end inside barrel, reverse helical blade are set on the internal surface of hollow shaft bushing, and ball and coarse ore could be resent to ball mill.
  • 1.Transmission

    Transmission is constituted by reduction box, transmission gear, electrical machine and electronic control, which its drive device can match up with energy consumption of grinding process that lower energy consumption.

    2.Closed system

    Ball mill and classifier constitute a negative pressure closed system that could reduce dust.

  • 3.Feeding part

    Reasonable feeding port design increases input quantity.

    4.Discharge part

    Reasonable discharge port, de-ironing separator could be set according to clients’ requirement.
